1. In these terms and conditions, "we" means iScore Limited, and "our" and "us" shall be interpreted accordingly. "You" means you, the user of the iScore mobile service, and "your" shall be interpreted accordingly. The "Service" means the "iScore mobile service", provided to you by us.
2. By using the Service you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
3. To use the Service, you must have a Java compatible GPRS enabled UK mobile phone. In using the Service, your normal network charges will apply for SMS texts, data download and GPRS traffic, except for any text services for which other charges are indicated. Additional network charges may apply for use of the service outside the UK.
4. We or our licensors own the copyright and all other intellectual property rights associated with the Service and the content in the Service. You may not do any of the following without prior written permission from us (a) reproduce, modify or in any way commercially exploit any of the content; (b) redistribute any of the content (including by using it as part of any library, archive or similar service), or (c) remove the copyright or trade mark notice(s) from any copies of content made in accordance with these terms.
5. We may block you from using the Service if you do not comply with these terms and conditions.
6. The Service may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Service complies with applicable laws, codes and regulations. You agree that we have no control over third party content and information which can be accessed using the Service and that we are excluded from all liability of any kind arising from such third party content or information. We exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law any responsibility for any error or inaccuracy appearing in any advertising or sponsorship material. Any third party goods or services available via the Service are obtained and used at your own risk, and we will not be liable for any loss harm or damage you may incur in relation to third party goods and services. If you use betting or gaming services you warrant that you are over 18.
7. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy of the content on the Service, and will not be liable for any errors or omissions. We make no guarantee as to the availability of the Service at any time, and will not be liable for any failure to provide the Service. We do not accept any responsibility for the quality of your phone or telephone services which you use to access the Service, or for the security of the same. We do not accept responsibility for the loss or corruption of any material in transit, or the loss of or corruption of any material when downloaded onto any phone.
